入住前台服务员不懂是心情不好还是针对网订客户，对人爱理不理，我也是第一次在同程网订房，很多不懂 多问两句，居然给脸色我看，我真是惊呆了，我也是做服务行业，我真不理解这前台的工作心态是怎么了。酒店也不提供免费瓶装饮用水。
