前台服务不好，帮亲戚订的，已经提供了艺龙订单号还有入住人姓名，非要艺龙发的信息才能入住。艺龙发的信息根本没有什么房间/还有时间，前台居然看不到艺龙的订单那怎么提供确认，最后还是截了艺龙App的订单才行！
