给我开的房间，第一次因为房间问题，我下去换房，让我排队等，前台你是不是忘了我前面在办理入住的时候已经排过队了，因为你们酒店的原因又让我等（这是不应该的），这也就算了，给我换房间第二间开不了门，等你们工作人员来处理，等了很久，因为你们酒店的原因，让我上下跑，我很烦几遍，我快凌晨两点才能入住，我是去休息的，影响到了我的睡眠
