本来入住体验各方面都还不错的，也没觉得有什么问题！可惜退房时候，前台服务员表现太不专业，实在很无语！叫退房，叫了三次都无人回应，你系统自动退房也得回应客人一声啊，只顾埋头干活，一声不吭的。难道接了我的房卡请我稍等一下不行吗？工作忙可以理解，但是态度看得见的。希望改进！！
