平心而论，酒店环境环境不错，但是前台太恶心了。网上订好也收到确认单，酒店竟然拒绝了，打电话过去说订房前台说有房，然后说网上订被拒绝时前台态度180度转变竟然说“那个钱给网站又不是给我们，我们没房给网上” 网上没房你放个毛线房出来啊。这里表扬一下艺龙处置态度，艺龙表示他们打电话过去，对方表示只有最贵的套房（呵呵），让我们定了最贵的套房，差价补给我们。这样态度的酒店，真是差劲无比，下次不会再入住！也希望网站处理一下这种骗流量引入的行为，网上订房没有谁要住你们酒店啊！以为那么出名都是慕名前台订房吗？？
