酒店很漂亮，服务也行，房间很大，配套的该有的都有了，位置也不错，在江南中心地段，有停车位，很方便，价格也合适。就是酒店有点老了，装修不是太新，正好无甲醛??

帮朋友订的，订的时候，我在网上支付了费用，后来携程客服打电话给我，说是因为临近春节的财务问题，让我到酒店前台结账，把已付的费用退给我，房间为我留到22:00，不久之后退款就到账了。等朋友到了酒店，前台竟然说我的订单已经取消了，钱都退给我了，房间当然不会留，让我现场再下订单。再次订的时候，还不能用原来的名字入住，因为携程显示该名字已定了，只能用另外的名字入住。等第二天退了房，收到携程短信，说之前那个名字订了房确没有入住，会影响我的积分，晕倒

前台服务态度不错，设施比较完善，地理位置佳，很干净，价格也合理，所以如果有机会的哈，下次还要去住这个酒店
酒店地处地段比较热闹，酒店设施还挺好的， 干净，早餐因为要赶飞机，所以没能来得及品尝，前台可以帮忙叫出租车，去机场，车费也合理（120元）。
