分两次预定了两天的住宿，下单扣费了，被告知第一天的住宿被取消，第二天的接单。网络说酒店当天客满所以拒绝了。当即我打电话到酒店协调：我第一天要到南宁办事还带着家人，如果第一天晚上不能入住会选择其他酒店，这样第二天就不可能搬来搬去（因为这次要住四个晚上，以往都是两天或者一天续一次房费怕有什么临时改变）希望酒店能把第二天的住宿取消。酒店这边说他们没有权限取消让跟网络联系，打了两天电话，酒店和网络打太极一样推。一句话就是取消不了，让前台和销售经理汇报，也没有下文了，这种态度真是让人无语，人性化服务在哪？协调处理事情态度也人心寒，推三推四。亏还是老客户，平时出差什么都只选你们酒店，你们就是这么回馈老客户的，中秋佳节的人文关怀，我只能呵呵……心凉！
