优点:标准双人间221块在这个地段还算可以；有矿泉水、抽纸供应很实用；位置在市中心逛街方便（离万达广场不远）；有地下车库可免费停车；有早餐供应（凭房卡自助用餐）。缺点:门口地铁工程日夜施工，噪音大、灰尘多；早餐没有几样，能用的就是炒粉、稀饭、鸡蛋、菌子汤，但八点半以后就不剩了，供不应求；711的浴巾破损也不换新，顶喷漏水也不维修；退房动作慢。其他没什么明显不足，等地铁施工结束了应该更舒适、方便。
