首先说房间环境卫生还是不错的也对得起这个价格，但问题有几个希望酒店大老板能重视的几个问题，这样才能更好的提升酒店品质档次:
1.就是枕头质量非常差，连随便跟任何便捷酒店的枕头都比不上，拆开里面枕芯。虽然酒店装修后由原招待所升级为喜达莱酒店，但估计是酒店内部为了节省钱，把原招待所的枕头用上，有些枕芯一摸就是明显用了几年的枕芯;
2.酒店服务态度不太好，尤其酒店经理的销售模式不好，很多简单的需求服务没有跟上，同比其它酒店的灵活管理方式有很大的区别(联系学习下其它连锁酒店);
3.房门外有人抽烟经过，在房间马上闻到烟臭味。

新装修的，早餐可以，但床单不是特别干净，电梯只有1部运行，上下不是太方便。其他还好。

很满意，特别是携程的一对一服务。入住时15:50酒店还没做好卫生，联系携程管家，柠小七服务很专业，到位。很感动！
