需要说的是，小卡片太多，酒店完全不管。还亲眼看见*******了。眼不见为净，听当地人说，这都是南宁特色了，东莞来的。酒店对这种服务还是得有管理，毕竟你们的客人大部分是不需要这种服务的，这种不作为，会丢失很多普通客人。

垃圾服务，问了房间到晚上不吵吧？说不吵，结果屋顶机器响一直响，根本睡不着。
打前台，一遍一遍强调没房间了，没房间可以作为不处理的借口？打经理电话，要么拒接，要么不接。也不处理，半夜一点多了，说退房，那个点儿了，让再去找酒店？再说了，周围都考试，能不能找着酒店？自己心里没数？找500多那种套间？我再贴补几百？自己房间到晚上吵不吵，你们自己不知道？
艺龙也不给处理，一遍遍重复酒店的话，没房间，没房间，那还用你们平台订？直接给酒店订不行？垃圾客服。
