房间很小这是其一，卫生间漏水这是其二，柜子是烂的这是其三，没有烧水壶这是其四，空调滴水滴到枕头这是其五，电梯非常非常挤这是其六。
优点就是地段好靠近西大，风景不错。

楼层较高，外面空调机声音大，设施比较简单，床比较小，空调坏了下雨没法修，老板拿了个电风扇来，如果不是艺龙优惠的话，性价比很一般。有个阳台风景倒是不错

入住两天，前台接待的美女服务还是蛮好哒，附近靠近西大正门，比较方便；但是就入住质量上有几点我觉得很难忍受：第一，房间内毛巾不卫生，入住两天也没有人来更换；牙刷浴液什么的也是为了节省成本，质量怎样不知道，反正没有用，用的都是自己随身带的；拖鞋竟然木有一次性的，都是被用过好多遍的，旧的，坏的好几双。。。第二，因为是酒店式公寓，这里应该有人租住过，很多旧家具，还有一台老式电视，遥控器竟然是坏的？！第三，就安全性来说，房间内只有一个反锁按钮，但使劲儿按门缝都会松开。。。第四，这里竟然木有无线网，给老板娘打电话说，一直在维修，也不知道啥时候才修好，，，我真是醉了😱这个酒店108 一晚真心不值，，如果只是因为靠近学校，我只想说太坑消费者了。。
