给了间特价房，洗手间漏水，洗手间卫生也不干净，热水不够热，要求服务员换一间，然后他说是特价房不可以换。那个位置163还说是特价房，特价房就应该让顾客住漏水而且热水不热，到处都是坏的房间吗？商家做生意有点不厚道
