  酒店的位置实在是太优越了，就在地铁口，对面就是万象城和东盟商务区。离动车站和快巴站都非常近。虽然里面的设施稍微陈旧一些，但卫生还算搞的不错。酒店自己的餐厅有商务送餐服务，以前是挺好的，最近也不知道是各方面成本增加的原因，还是大厨换了，选料和味道都大不如从前了。还有一点小小的不足，就是24小时热水，什么时候都是温吞吞的，冬天很有可能会不够热。

  酒店设施设备还是很好的，前台小梅服务很棒，很热情，房间布置得很温馨舒适，干净卫生，环境也非常棒，距离东站，车站都很近，附近游玩很方便，方特东盟神话、加勒比水世界、青秀山风景区、石门森林公园、万达茂等等都是十来二十分钟车程，停车也方便，酒店免费停车，酒店在高楼层，晚上可以看到美丽的夜景，入住体验很好！

  地理位置好，出门就是地铁口，交通方便，对面就是万象城，往南一站路就是航洋城，游玩购物吃饭特别自由。房间宽敞，明亮，干净，设施齐全，住得舒服，比较满意。

  酒店位于地铁一号线A出口，方便！但总台服务性需加强！向其中一小妹咨询离店后在什么地方存行李？答：B楼，结果从A楼服务台拖着行李箱走到B楼两次均未找到存放行李处，痛苦……妹妹，您不能说得明白些：在B楼总台，但B楼总台与A楼总不在同一层，它在负一楼，须坐电梯下去！！外地客人谁知道同一酒店有两个总台？？？
