  酒店位置离市中心15的分钟车程，对于延平来説是挺偏的，但是按时间来説也就15分钟，离高铁延平站7分钟。酒店正对着闽江，风景很好。入住那天正好看到了很美的日出。

  第一次订酒店是这样的，在平台定了好几年的酒店了。第一次早上要退房了，发现抽纸内有血迹！！！第一时间联系了前台，工作人员只是更换了纸巾，毫无表示歉意，也没有给予什么安慰！作为延平市最好的酒店，就是这样处理问题的。怎么检查衞生情况的！上来的工作人员也是轻描淡写的説不是故意的！消费者的衞生安全怎么保障？因为急着赶高铁，下午酒店工作人员打电话反馈説升级套房，有这种情况我还怎么选择酒店？这个血迹也没有传染病从何而知？出门旅游非常糟糕的一点。感谢携程平台投诉的工作人员帮忙协商，最后退了小部分房费。希望大家选择酒店擦亮眼睛，这五星级酒店的处理态度令人堪忧。

  环境和设施挺好的 打扫衞生很差，服务态度也差， 居然在房间抽屉里发现了别人用过的女性私密产品。 打电话给前台安排人来拿走，保洁过来爱答不理的，跟她説话也不鸟你，很随意的拿着就走了，一句话没説，一个字没提。 这是南平比较好的酒店.呵呵呵呵呵

  虽然位置有点偏，但整体环境不错，可以观江景。房间很宽敞，布局合理，设施比较新，卧具等用品质量也比较好，住起来挺舒服。早餐丰富，食材新鲜，可吃性很强。总体感觉很好，服务方面再主动热情些就更好了！
