(因字数限制接上篇点评)我知道被前台负责人马经理欺骗降级后，要求酒店退房型差价。这时前台小姑娘把马经理找来了。马经理见我面还说我住的房间就是都会双桌房，又说入住房间是我选的。当我说了是你们前台的两个人都明确告知我我住的房型是精致双床房时，她又改口说这个房间原来是都会房，这两天才改的为精致房，满口谎话！好在找到酒店总经理，以退还第三天房价249元做为对我的补偿，并承诺对欺骗我的马经理会做出处理。前台负责人马经理欺骗客户的行为太恶劣！
