算不上豪华，相当于农家乐，位置一般，服务一般，性价比一般。因为各种原因，在武夷山住了三天三家酒店，这是唯一的要求交押金和查房的，退房要十几分钟，餐饮做的也一般且偏咸，和旁边湖里的大排档口味差距很大。这家也是唯一的一家提出要求现场给好评送茶叶的（原来好评是这么来的，哈哈）。实事求是客观的评价三颗星勉强吧。如果真要做高端客栈，提几个建议:1.免查房（你那房里的农家乐设施没啥值钱的，也可以预授权，等客人走了后偷偷查，有问题再电联）2.交啥押金？简陋的房间里能有啥消费？参考1刷预授权客人走后查房。3.拖鞋不要塑料的里面塞一片垫纸，太Low.还不方便。4.早餐的盘子大一点，别手掌大的小盘很不方便。4.别为刷好评而索要好评，应热情的问客人是否满意，满意的话给好评，送礼物，不要现场进行好评交易，太Low.5.枕头要准备高低枕，方便顾客习惯，而不是低枕。6.以上几点建议只是贵客栈定位豪华客栈的建议，如果类似现在这样和七天连锁或农家乐差不多的档次，就不用如此折腾。好的客栈服务都是靠细节的，这点差的太远，和我住的前两家价格比你们低的都有差距。
