南通大酒店坐落在市中心，过个红绿灯就有个购物广场，里面吃喝玩乐都有。去濠河景区也很方便。酒店服务很好，有免费停车场。

酒店设施设计及其不合理，床头没有安装充📱的插座。酒店服务更不用提了，前台负责安排入住人员效率极低，13点到酒店14点多才入住。酒店卫生最不能容忍毛巾黑，床单脏，最可恨的床上还🈶️个用过的避孕套。酒店的管理层要加强巡视了，自己也是酒店世家出生，这是我住过的最差劲的一家酒店。

酒店的锦鲤特别肥硕，算是特色了，但是早餐真的不是很丰富，有待加强，其他服务比较满意，就是硬件比较老了，如果更新就好了，大多数还是很满意的，是南通比较靠谱的酒店，周边有圆融广场和文峰广场，吃的还是比较多

淋浴房的手持水洒不知是坏了还是饭店里的设计风格，淋浴时水洒位置的调整需要靠水龙头的出水量，水龙头开到最大时水洒就会兹到天花板上了，真是一门技术活，洗个澡真累！水盆的龙头开关是圆的，手上有水或有油时，不太容易关上，打滑。
