有停车场，首先，客人永远是上帝！作为酒店要充分考虑顾客的处境，对于顾客的点评当然要一分为二地看待！酒店的服务要做到最好，才能让顾客最大满足，而不是完全满足，对客人的点评要客观的看待，好的点评，就多说谢谢感激之情的话
