这家店离市中心较近，就是本来网上订四季大床房，结果去说没有，旁边有个客人订的也说没有，说明这家管理太差。后说升级给了个行政房，结果上去发现太吵，环境也差，在这期间不停的告诉我，只有这么一个房间了，我没办法，只好同意可是去看时发现实在太差了，所以又要换房间，这时候才同意给我升级了家庭房，郁闷。本来就是你们管理的差错，结果还让我们来买单，管理真的很有问题
