号称四星级酒店，服务很差，晚上睡觉隔壁电视声吵得不可开交，打电话总台，一直不作为。还有我结账的时候检查了没有问题，之后又说赔偿损失在我的预授权费用里扣。我预授权费用超过房费打电话过去居然说我差他们钱，这是什么破酒店服务。多余的钱也一直没有退还。
