招待领导过来玩的 因为要提前拿到房卡提前过去了 前台服务人员真不是一般的不专业 等下细说 在启东我就不指望服务态度了 设施很老 进房间的灯的电线都漏出来了 开灯感觉要触电了 就是冲着星级去的 结账的时候尴尬了哦 领导跟我客气 直接自己去结了 押金条在我这儿好吗 不专业的前台 你们不看押金条 有钱就收啊 定了两间房 另外一间的房卡还没来你就收钱啊 我尴尬得不行啊 你们收钱这么急啊 押金400在你那儿呢 搞得清楚状况吗 强烈投诉1月2日的前台 质问她的时候就转话题 说给我们发票 连个小旅馆都不如！！！！千万不要带客人来！！
