来南通出差必定的酒店，据说回头客很多。入住体验最看重就是这家的高品质的丰盛早餐和干净装修材料味和无潮湿异味，通常即使4星酒店也有劣质装修材料的异味。虽然这次入住因司机忘记领取出门卡遭到门口保安的粗鲁对待，但是反馈给当日值班经理后非常重视积极处理态度诚恳并提供了行政酒廊的免单，外宾也都消气了。以后还会继续选择holiday INN，望生意蒸蒸日上继续做好员工教育管理把服务水平做的更好！
