不得不说印象最深刻的一次住宿，第二天结账，莫名多出一份30元早餐，特价房赠送一份早餐，我们也是一位去吃的，哪里多出一份?因为结账的不是本人，所以先把单买了，后来返回去的时候，酒店服务员态度很差，说就是两个人吃的，我们都很莫名，还有一个人是谁！！餐饮部经理打电话问当天负责早餐发放的服务员，一个小时未解决，还是咬定说我们吃了，我们让调监控不给调，后来没办法打了110，并且把两位当事人叫到（吃饭是同住的另一个人），服务员说那天有一个人来吃饭说记账到*房间，然后这个房间的人来吃饭就让他签字了，但是服务员当初跟我们吃饭的那位是这么说的“几号房间，几个人吃，签下字”，我们的回答是“*房间，1个人吃的，签字”，完全没有说明这个是前面有位来吃并记账到我们房间的单子！那么问题来了，我们就问服务员，前面这位来吃，你怎么确认他是*房间的，她说“报房间号了”，我们说“那有房门卡吗？”服务员说“没有，直接报房间号就给吃”，那是不是以后我不住也能来蹭早餐了？直接报房间号呗，由于字数有限，大家以后入住这家垃圾酒店小心了！说不定哪天多出个人拿着你们的房门卡去吃饭呢，安全隐患！

实在不知道说什么。。。怎么还有这么老的房间，不如住如家，房间里一股塑料味不知道是什么东西，刺鼻辣嗓子，入住体验太差！！！

第一次入住这么差的酒店，前台服务极差，办理入住等了20分钟，好不容易拿了房卡进门就是这个样子，房间被进入过。早餐差的要死。
