坑的要死，这恐怕是世上最坑的旅馆了，交了100块押金居然不退，还死不承认，让调监控看看，居然说监控坏了，那有本事就查账啊，不知道是营业员私吞了还是啥，总之就是很坑，连个解决事情的态度都没有还做服务行业，这种营业员也能雇佣，就不怕把客人都弄跑了，明明网上订好的，钱都交了，到店居然还让付钱，给他看订单和付款记录居然说别人弄错了，那就要我们客人承担后果吗，真是醉了，真心劝各位不要来入住
