很少给酒店评论，这次真的是让我们大跌眼镜。晚上比较晚到店，因没有看到停车位就按照艺龙网上预留电话打前台电话，前台接电话时态度本就不好，当我们问停车在哪里的时候，前台直接说没有停车位，当我们疑问平台上有显示停车时，前台说她不知道，当我们咨询哪里可以停车时，前台态度很差的说不知道，还让我们要自己去前台拿名片给经理打电话。态度实在是太差了，若酒店看到这条评论，请注意提高一下酒店前台的服务态度。
