这是我住锦龙最糟糕一次，前台能把房间开错，订单都不看的？单间和套间分不清？房间门也打不了？重新去前台，换好门卡进去一看房间开错，换了一间空调又是没用，又换第三间，一晚上别的事都不用做，到处换房间，真心累呀，前台工作能不能用点心，工作一天本来就累，没想到到酒店更累
