不同房型的舒适度差别很大，有部分房间设施真很陈旧。有一些新翻修的很舒适。工作人员态度很好，挽回我不少印象分。

坐标南通，清明小长假带着老婆孩子来到了这个城市，左挑右选最后选择了评价口碑很不错的金石国际，本来看评论觉得可能有点夸张，说服务态度怎么样的好，但是真正入住以后，发现真的是很惊喜，前台接待在我们提出希望能高点的楼层后，直接给我们安排了54楼，真的好高，不过远眺长江南通夜景非常棒，进入房间后，刚刚放下行李，客房的杨秀红阿姨就给送来了欢迎水果点心，期间留意到我们家小朋友爱喝水，所以又拿了8瓶矿泉水给我们，真的是超级感谢，后面还陆陆续续送来了小朋友喜欢的小点心，最贴心的的是留意到我戴眼镜，还送来了眼镜布和钥匙扣等小礼物，感觉好像回到了家里，下午我们出去玩了一会，六点多回到酒店，立刻又有客房送来了水果点心，作为一个喜欢亲自旅行的我来说，住了这么多酒店头一次体会到什么叫做，真心为客户服务，超级棒，第二天早上的早餐同样很丰富，餐厅的一位阿姨留意到我们还没有倒饮料和取水果，特地给我们送来了咖啡和牛奶，还有切好的水果，而且通过客房和餐厅等地方的服务，可以看出每一位员工都把酒店当成了自己的家庭，每一位都是真心的为客户服务，为这样的企业文化点赞！（还有一点，杨秀红阿姨看还特地给我老婆送来了红糖水，说女士们需要补气血，真的很贴心），这一次本来定了两天，因为临时有事只住了一天，很遗憾，后面还会在来，期待下一次再聚吧。
