位置在南通大学西门以北，大楼西面有工地在施工。附近去中南城大概2公里不到。
前台服务比较随意，电梯刷卡上楼。房间是酒店公寓式，空间大。东西比较新。
采光很好。几乎是落地窗。微波炉洗衣机灶都有。
问题：房间有一扇窗户无法打开，整面墙是玻璃，晴天屋内阳光充足但是不好透气。
大门是没有保险或者锁链的。或者说有保险但是坏了。门缝大，门晃
淋浴房下水有点堵。
