中午十二点退房，但是退房电话却是十二点以后才打过来！早上问餐厅退房时间是下午两点之前，结果说网上订的是12点！早餐券也是要给网上五星好评才免费送！其实我们一直也是看好维也纳的品牌，结果让我很失望！早餐还是自己购买了早餐券才去享用的！结果大失所望！
