我们一家7行人在农历新年期间到台湾游玩,初到台湾感觉当地人热情，有礼，包容一切感受都很好！ 闻说庐山除了有原著民的特色文化外还有不错的温泉, 于是订下了这家饭店. 但原本满心期待的旅程被这一家饭店的硬件软件破环得无以复加. 一进入房间, 电视的外壳是破的, 一打电话投诉后马上有人来更换, 首先这个效率值得赞扬, 但这个问题酒店的员工先前一定是知情的, 但一直拖着不更换, 从侧面反应的这家饭店不重视客人的体验. 房间里发现有小蟑螂. 其次, 来这家饭店本就是奔着温泉来的, 但实质体验实在差劲. 饭店标明公共浴场八点开发, 但我们八点到了浴场后, 发现工作人员才刚开始放水, 等待泉水达到合适的温度起码要十点, 所以八点到达浴场的我们光着身子在寒风里等了半个小时, 期间工作人员明知道这个状况也没有任何提醒. 这样的办事思维和不尊重客人实在让人无法理解. 1

酒店卫生非常糟糕，我们在台湾环岛游住7晚，这个酒店是我们在台湾遇到的最差的！卫生差，灰尘多，房间还有蟑螂，早餐就像猪食！周边也没有什么好的景点，温泉也是比较脏，我们一家大小15人，只有带2个小孩泡下，其他人都没有下水！

很好的酒店，虽然设施陈旧些，但很温馨，边上的铁锁桥很有意思，本居山而建，又有水淌过，白天看会更好吧，
