酒店服務不錯。我有攜帶需要冷凍與冷藏的蛋糕。他們處理得很好。也很客氣！早餐普通。房間算乾淨，在南投的山上也算是很好的住宿地點了

我們預定是雙人房，入住時升等為一大床一小床三人房，雖然用不到但是覺得【奇檬子】不錯！整體酒店環境和設備都有一定水平，我會考慮下次再次入住，但是前提就是休閒設施可以再提升，游泳池很棒但是少了池畔酒吧，健身房設備不足有點簡陋不能和酒店等級相媲美。休閒空間環境也是有點簡陋如前。晚上酒吧駐場是我整個旅程的亮點，這是值得讚許的！早餐菜色還行如果再菜色豐富多樣些，就很完美了。基本上這個價位，CP值是算高的，滿分10分我會給9分，如果上述建議能達成就滿分了！

多年后重新回到溪头米堤，发现酒店维护的很好，或许是不断更新，感觉比之前造访时要新，办理入住到进房间专人带路及介绍，服务态度非常好。如果对到茶乡茶文化想要多点了解，推荐可以造访酒店门厅旁的“游山茶访”免费品茗一壶，过程中对茶的讲解非常专业细腻，茶的价格也很亲民。
大厅有贩售山泉水，但由于房间水龙头出来就是山泉水，十分甜美，如果开车可以考虑带空瓶来装。
房间的维持很干净，家具地毯都很新，唯一就浴缸马桶看得出不是新款的，但维护的很好，不会有旧的感觉。
