酒店工作人员非常友善热情，这也是我们到台湾后最深切的体会——所有人都是那么nice。我们乘大巴到南投县埔里镇汽车总站后，就有酒店员工开车前来接驳，每次外出都可以预约免费接驳车辆到汽车站。附近有一个不错的夜市，离台湾地理中心也不远。酒店提供免费自行车使用。
但离日月潭还有约50分钟大巴车程。

新酒店，设计与设施都是一流的。房间大而富有艺术感，还有不错的办公桌。洗手间设计得尤其好，宽敞舒适。酒店服务最值得称赞，跨年还送了起泡酒。埔里是一个有很多店铺餐馆和美食的小镇，值得停留。看日月潭，住这儿是不错的选择。
