從入住開始的服務，就遠遠超出一般酒店的服務規格。
在等待入住手續辦理的同時，有專人帶位提供茶點飲品熱毛巾。入住手續都辦妥後，專人解說酒店相關的設施提供的活動，最後親自帶我們上房並介紹房內的設備。
用餐的服務也是貼心到不行，詳細的餐點介紹到貼心的座位安排，無一不以客為尊。
下次來日月潭 唯一的首選入住酒店。

订的房型很不错，服务、卫生、设施也好。去日月潭旅游首选。就是价格不太实惠，尤其是如果不在酒店用餐，外出吃饭不太方便。
