雖然說沒有所謂電梯跟殘障便利設施，但是對於只有五層樓的建築來說，人員相關協助我想已足夠。全木造有歷史的建築體，隔音當然沒有現在建築來的好，用既定的條件來嫌棄這間飯店的實在不客觀公道。衛浴設備全部是新的，窗明几淨。
飯店位置以及清潔真的非常好，房間開窗出去就是陽台，坐在陽台上放空看著靜逸的日月潭，實在是很大享受。早上可以面對著絕佳風景吃著早餐，真的讓人一早就感到舒暢。

房间是全木结构的，很特别。我们的房间被升级到了湖景房。窗外就能看见日月潭。房间很大，妈妈都说，感觉从卫生间走到房间有点远。呵呵～有两层，上下各一张大床，可以睡四个成人。出门走几步就是码头和美食街。只是这美食街到晚上7点半就差不多都打烊了，害得我们只得在便利店买了方便面回房间泡。酒店就是没电梯，不过工作人员会帮忙搬行李。酒店楼下是餐厅和健身房，还有一个泳池。可惜我们在那里逗留的时间过短，否则真该好好享受一下。唯一不太满意的是早餐过于简单，选择较少
