饭店员工亲切
饭店风景优美 空气清新 是个充电的好去处
有加订自助餐，但我没有很爱，我以后可能不会加订而是吃其他餐厅
另外自助餐厅油烟味很重，早/晚餐吃完身上都会有很重的油烟味

饭店餐厅早晚餐都不错
但是饭店大学楼老旧 地板清洁还有待改进
另外洗衣机和脱水机设在C栋，D栋住户使用非常不方便。

位于溪头园区内，停车方便，餐厅与客房区没有直接相连，餐厅菜色不错，晚餐自助餐价格也不会太贵，适合家庭旅游。

酒店在溪头自然景观园区里，环境优美，位置方便，酒店内部还算乾净，但设施简陋，无电梯不适合长者小孩，员工亲切，但人员明显不足，总机无人接，有问题没人处理。

地点很方便，可以在园区漫步，适合想要在溪头爬山的朋友们，可惜过了晚上5点以后，去附近的**村以后，就得自己步行回去，停车场的位置也蛮少，若行李多，不喜欢一直走路的人，可能得考虑要开车出去走走，但得要有得停比较远的心里准备。
