云品的服务非常用心。环境整洁 不论是面湖或者是面山的房间景色都非常好。晚餐和早餐都非常丰盛。厨师精心准备。早餐时间长，可多次进出更是独具特色。

日月潭的景一天变化多次，不管怎么变都有不一样的美，即使雾气弥漫到白墙反而更似仙境，第二次来访服务人员依旧亲切贴心，食物依然美味，肚子用远吃饱撑着??，DIY手作总是能让孩子专注完成，玩不腻的设施，喜欢！还想再来。

去过蛮多家的美式连锁的行政酒廊，如丽思卡尔顿，万豪JW，希尔顿，第一次体验一下云品（日月潭），行政酒廊的景色，服务与餐食给我们家很好的印象。云品雯婷服务的非常好,我们就像一个大家庭。

饭店望出去的日月潭景色绝美，可步行至水社码头，也可搭饭店接驳车抵达。饭店服务人员亲切有礼周到，设施开放时间长且乾净舒适，大厅酒廊餐点好吃，早餐用餐时间长可多次进出，是去日月潭的不二选择

Most beautiful view I’ve ever had from a hotel room.
Amazing buffet for breakfast/brunch and dinner.
Hotel amenities are 11/10 - hotel provides daily bus ticket, map of the area, pillow choices, bike rental services, pool, public baths, and game area.
Hotel is a conveniently a stop on the bus route.
Gym is a bit lacking though (only yoga mats, treadmills, weights up to ~25kg, and one lat pulldown machine).

母亲大人大赞床大又舒适。 晚餐丰盛又多样化的选择，早餐还能从早上7:30-12:00无限次进场饮食也太人性化了?? 还有一次免费接驳车到景点附近，非常满意这次的体验????

饭店装修设计、景观、各项娱乐设施都是一流的！提供的食材也很不错！总体服务水素质也很好！希望公共温泉开放时间能再晚一些，行政酒廊服务时间能够对有特殊情况的客人灵活一点，还有退房时间最起码到中午12点才比较合理，毕竟大部分客人会对这种价格水平的酒店有更高的期待！
