酒店大堂很漂亮，但入住的二楼房间内设施比较陈旧。早上不到六点就有民工队在窗户边上用震捣机破路施工，酒店保安去制止无效，我报警后等了一小时快退房了，南阳110说不归他们管，我可以换个房间。我要求投诉出警不力，110给的电话12389是空号。一次不愉快的出行经历。
