再说说这游泳池，带小朋友兴冲冲的去游泳了，服务员说9点下班游不了了，小朋友那叫个失望啊，沮丧啊。住客还得凭房卡才能去游泳，而且前台只给1--2张房卡，要是一家三口的话，就得一个看着两个游了，总之酒店服务还是达不到所谓的星级。

已经是第二次住这个酒店了，但是这次感觉很不好。价格高了，服务质量和舒适感都打折了。办理入住时前台有个服务员像吃了枪药似的，说话挺冲。房间的地毯很脏，毛巾都不知道用了多久的毛巾了也不换，又黑又破，跟酒店的档次完全不相符。早餐也马马虎虎。因为有小朋友，所以要求个无烟楼层却被服务员一口回绝客满。

好奇怪啊，五星级宾馆没有无烟间。还搞个女士无烟楼层，价格比普通客房高很多，这不是变相鼓励人吸烟嘛!
那么吸烟的女士住哪里？
