星级酒店房间设计细节都非常好，卫生间，插头等布局合理。交通也方便。前台中午退房服务非常好，彬彬有礼，办事快捷，人也漂亮。

最差劲的一次住宿体验，首先房间有味，尤其是厕所，其次服务差，晚上1点房间断电，前台客服也打不通电话，一个处理的人都没有，冻的要死，第二天9点才解决，再就是洗澡水冷，地板脏，真不知道这种酒店有什么勇气收100多元，还说自己是三星级，服服的，，不是真话我天打雷劈，垃圾酒店！

冲着名字去的，结果很失望，没有暖气，空调开着也不热，冻成狗！空调噪音如同拖拉机的声音，休息不好。早餐过于简单，房间无抽纸，无洗发水等。无限信号不好，孩子去问说在维修。但服务超级棒，前台接待给我们指路，我说空调噪音大，他们说马上联系师傅修。
