不习惯写评论，这次必须吐槽一下了！之前在北岸兰亭住过不止一次，都还可以，这次太差劲！卫生间门是坏的，关上以后自己会开，热水一开始没有后来才热，洗脸池下面漏水，床单是烂洞的，空调吹的不是热风，电视机下面放了个不知道什么时候的脏毛巾。跟前台说了以后派人来修，第一次没人来，再打一次才来了个人，结果把卫生间排风扇关了，说可能是把空调热气抽走了。后来又打电话要求换房间，前台男服务员，应该是姓宋的，一副“怎么可能，你是来找茬的吧”的样子，一开始说没房间，后来才给换，真是够够的。。总之，这次住房体验非常不好，虽然是订的特价房，但也是掏了钱的，同等价格下商家不是应该先挑好房间给客户么，难怪评价越来越不好了，都是有原因的，服务员态度也是超级有问题！想想之前出差，朋友还特意推荐的这个地方！真是失望，可惜当时忘了拍照取证！！
