本来退房了想给酒店个好评，没想到在停车场遇到不快，我的车子后面不知道啥时候放了两个胶皮墩，旁边有两个保安也不及时提醒，倒车时压了一个，保安立即就出现了敲玻璃，罚了我20元钱，心里特别不舒服，欺负外地人吗？希望酒店给个说法

去年住过感觉不错，这次再住发现卫生状况很糟糕。九楼的大床房味道很大，换到对面的标间，洗手间浴室的墙壁上和帘子上全是飞虫，帘子上很多死很长时间了，墙壁上还有活的，这个很影响心情啊。
