给酒店提一些建议，用服务员一定要用高素质的，经过正规培训的，你们用的人素质太低，建议不要在本地随便招聘几个人都在这当服务员，是，我承认，你们的房价比较便宜，但是不能丢建业，不能丢假日集团的脸。以前有个男孩，是在郑州假日皇冠的调过来的，那个素质就很高，你看看你们现在请的都是点啥，尤其是今天晚上那个戴眼镜的服务员，问她要个饮料券，那态度真恶心人，第一天说网站预订不给，第二天会员预订又说首次入住给，你的脸皮怎么那么。。。。。强烈要求酒店从郑州调过来一些高素质的服务员，别让一个老鼠毁了一个假日酒店。

前台服务员素质极差，以前每次住都给一张免费饮料券，这次喝点酒问他要张券想着拿瓶苏打水，第一次服务员说在网上订的不给，那就算了，虽然是会员以前都给，第二天自己在前台开的，又问她要，一个戴眼镜的女孩说这是首次去住才给的。。。。。。姑娘，颜值低无所谓，我也不是差那一瓶饮料，人最起码的诚信总是要有的吧？你父母从小没有教育过你吗？真丢假日集团的脸，素质都去哪了？住了这么多次，第一次见这种人。希望酒店提高员工素质，这种素质低的，还是回老家吧。
