当我来到南阳中泰豪生大酒店，下车就有门过来开车门，帮拿行李。现在很多五星豪华酒店未必有这服务。房间设备该有都有，但是房间以及盥洗室很热，打开了窗户，让服务员过来调过空调后，房间的温度从28℃，降到27℃。我都不知道为什么一边洗澡，一边出汗。所以给设备4分。早餐

床单被套都不换的 晚上12点多准备睡觉了 把被子拉开 就看到2根卷卷的毛、恶心死了。床单被套上都脏脏的。
打电话给前台让换下 来了个老太太。两个孩子还困。我给一起换掉了 重新装上。最差的5星酒店 差评。
