这是我在艺龙订房间，第一次遇到入店要求加现金的情况。前台小姐态度很差，由于本人不愿意加价，订单我这边又无法取消，最终给我们开了一间。
下面说说问题1:房间没有落地窗，只有小的可怜的半边窗户。而且排气扇坏了。一进房间，异味很重。打电话找前台，说会有人来看，一直也没来。
2:淋浴喷头坏了，水成柱状，请问要怎么洗澡？
3:最恶心的一点，天花板上有老鼠窝，老鼠在上面又打又叫的，夜晚睡觉被吵醒了无数次。若不是男友在，我没那么害怕，不然我宁愿退房不住了。下面有图片，就是空调那里面

服务好，房间大，装修好，早餐好，也安静。特别是于经理与前台小姑娘们，虽然退房时没有给发票，并且第一次寄的发票因快递丢失，毫不犹豫地又寄了一次发票，在此表示感谢！
