早餐丰富，前台客房服务员热情，由于路途突发身体不适，宾馆前台人员帮忙联系救护车，客房服务员帮助救护车将病人顺利送上救护车，表现出了宾馆服务宾客的热情与专业精神。

酒店停车场很大，停车很方便。酒店有自己的餐厅，在里面直接点餐吃饭不用再到外面去吃，给客人增加了便利，住宿条件也很好

已经是多次入住了之前感觉一般，现在感觉服务环境都有提升从入住接待到楼层服务人员都很热情主动，订的标准间房型紧张前台的小姐姐免费给我升级体验了一个四楼还是八楼的智能房间，告诉我说现在智能房间在试运行让客户体验，感觉窗帘的材质更换一下就更完美了，服务很贴心送了免费水果和酸奶，不错5分。

去南阳基本都是选这家酒店，一是交通便利，出门右拐就可以一直走到高速入口处，二是酒店周边环境比较好，最重要的是酒店服务态度很好👍每个员工的服务意识很强，客房服务很帖心，晚上回到房间看到新鲜的果盘感觉很温馨，小小举动弥补了硬件设施陈旧的不足，另外早餐也很丰盛可口，都会家常饭菜，尤其是粥熬的特别好，该酒店被评为省级优秀酒店名至实归。以后还会继续光顾的。
