地理位置也好，酒店比较大前后两幢，晚上9点30分赶到已经没有中餐了，餐厅服务员比较热情，房间设施设备比较好但工程装修问题比较多，想必是为了开业赶出来的，后续保养也欠佳，早餐品种还行。大理石地毯要加强保养。

礼宾服务很贴心。下午五点左右入住酒店，洗浴完后客房服务员送来了新鲜的水果和点心。超级贴心！下次回来还会入住。

房间非常不错，服务也很好，空间大，酒店环境优美，早餐丰盛，酒店前台很热情，性价比高，值得入住。酒店环境整洁，房间布局堪称完美，优雅又不失情调，服务周到，让人无比舒心。给我营造了一种家的感觉，无论大处到小处都是那么无懈可击，价格也很合理。

这个酒店建筑质量、园内环境设施、内部装修都是高水平，一流的，内部停车场很方便，服务很快捷，五星级标准，客房宽大，配套设施齐全，房间温度控制可以精确到1度，可以在房间办公、会客都很宽敞，旱餐品种中西餐齐全，质量很高，他家的胡辣汤味道很地道。订房前听说他家的枕头太高，这次深有体会，睡起来有点不舒服，下次到南阳还是首先选这家。
