酒店环境非常好，无论是绿化还是设施，满院子桂花浓郁。房间宽敞舒适，干净卫生，关键服务好，本来定的大床房，入住早了房间没打扫干净，前台主动给升级了一间商务套房，太赞了！

自驾中途打尖，酒店设施环境都还不错，早餐也比较好。 晚上住宿区有酒鬼色鬼，略微缺乏管理。

酒店外观大气，停车位多方便自驾，这是第二次来南阳，再次入住酒店但住宿感远不如去年了，空调不制冷，服务员很热情，送来空调扇对付了一夜，还是流了一身汗，淋浴房地漏不畅积水比较严重，但酒店员工的服务和微笑还是值得点赞的
