每次回南阳，都会住温州湾，不仅地理位置方便，对面就是商场，超市，购物吃饭都非常方便，主要温州湾的早点吧，有10个品种，非常好吃。

非常棒的入住体验,房东很热情好客,房间干净卫生,老板说是卫生和床上用品都是一客一换洗，设施非常齐全,位置好,离景区近，而且民宿门口就可以停车。买东西吃东西很方便,旁边就是小卖部，民宿里也有零食饮料之类，可惜种类不多。希望老板以后都进些吃的和用的东西，方便游客购买。

酒店卫生设备都很好，早餐也有很多蛮好吃的，酒店服务人员也十分尽职尽责，性价比很高。自己房卡丢了，服务人员也尽责帮忙找，所幸找到了，酒店的地理位置也很好。美中不足就是酒店的大楼很醒目，但是没有一个很大又醒目的酒店牌子。如果是外地人的话，不太容易一眼找到。
