同程一直都不错，但这次太恼火了，太坑爹了！一周前帮朋友在同程网定好的仲青塘拉酒店，付过款的，但在入住时被告知没有订单，无法入住，同程客服通过联系也没解决，好的是该酒店还有房间，现场办理的入住手续。
