服务、卫生、早餐各方面都不足。1、订豪华标间两间，到了前台告知不能在一层楼（前台很不耐烦），于是换成一间普通，一间豪华，结果豪华间的浴缸漏水，请人修了被告知修不好，还是被迫换成两层楼两间房，换的另一间豪华标间，仍然漏水，只有算了。
